THIS IS A DIRECT CONNECT REPLACEMENT TORCH FOR HYPERTHERM, MILLER, & LINCOLN PLASMA CUTTING MACHINES.

The DCT-100 Plasma torch is designed to be an upgrade torch for plasma power supplies that DO NOT USE HIGH-FREQUENCY ARC STARTING.

Please Note: DCT-100 torch is designed for cutting currents up to 100 AMPS! The power cable, torch head, electrode, shield cup are "heavy duty". There is one electrode for currents from 15 to 80 amps! Using this torch, in place of the original Miller 50C & 55C, Hypertherm 380, 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1600, and Lincoln Procut 55 (and the Procut 80) is not only less expensive to buy and maintain, but will give the end user much greater service life. When you order your DCT-100 plasma torch it will come complete with the proper adapter (or the quick disconnect plug installed) for you power supply, complete installation instruction, and toll free help line. You remove your old torch, plug in the DCT-100 and start cutting!
